Have Fun and Make Love
Engaging in intimacy will trigger the brain to release chemical “pleasure endorphins”. When you have fun & make love, it interrupts the brain from causing the streaming of adrenaline into your blood stream, which in-turn creates the feeling of fear. This is the protective process of the “flight or fight response”.
So, if you’re in a situation, in which you have a lover, spouse or close friend with benefits…, making love is very therapeutic. Just holding someone close, hugging and kissing… can quickly provide anxiety relief.
Have Fun… and engage in some activity, other than dwelling on anxious thoughts of gloom and doom
