When you have fun & make love, it interrupts the brain from causing the streaming of adrenaline into your blood stream, which in-turn creates the feeling of fear. This is the protective process of the “flight or fight response”.
So, if you’re in a situation, in which you have a lover, spouse or close friend with benefits…, making love is very therapeutic. Just holding someone close, hugging and kissing… can quickly provide anxiety relief.
