Charles Beeson, CHt. provides personal coaching and hypnotherapy sessions over Skype. These sessions are prepaid at the time of purchasing a course Module, including a significant discount.  They can also be added later.

It is highly recommended that anyone suffering with anxiety or a phobia have a minimum of 1.5 hours of coaching.  The Module 3 Severe Anxiety Course includes 2 hours that can be spread over 4 Skype sessions.

The purpose of the Live Coaching Session(s) is to:

  • Desensitize the “root cause” memories of all stressful feelings of FEAR, SADNESS, ANGER, HURT, SHAME/GUILT.
  • Improve your results with the Anxiety Release Technique, so, you feel NO feeling of worry at-all, after performing the technique!
  • Reinforce the InstaCalm Relaxation Technique.
  • Improve your ability to use any of the Anxiety Relief Techniques taught in the Online Course.
